COLD START PROTECTION
The ECU and Revo software will be constantly monitoring the coolant temperature. On startup, this will reduce boost/torque whilst the engine and coolant warm up but will also limit torque if the coolant passes the set upper limit. This added protection ensures we offer the perfect balance of performance, driveability, and longevity within our software.
TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
Revo Temperature Protection is an additional safety feature that reduces overall load as the air temperature passes a set limit. Exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) are also monitored, adapting the operating conditions (Air Fuel Ratio) to ensure they stay within safe parameters. If EGT's reach a set upper limit, then power is automatically reduced until the engine returns to a safe operating temperature.
SWITCHABLE SOFTWARE1
Using an SPS switch you can take advantage of the switch-ability of Revo software. The Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to Revo performance software, giving you the ability to switch between 3 fuel quality modes and an Anti-Theft mode via the vehicle OBD port.
- SPS Position 1 – Anti Theft Mode
- SPS Position 2 – 95ron Performance Mode
- SPS Position 3 – 97ron Performance Mode
- SPS Position 4 – 99ron Performance Mode
Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the SPS device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to install in the vehicle.

You will find the 2.0T EA888 Gen3b CZPC engine nested in vehicles within the Volkswagen Audi Group. Including Audi A1 and Polo GTI (AW Mk6)
The 2.0T 200PS CZPC Gen3b has seen some substantial changes from the previous Gen3 variant to keep in line with the latest emissions laws and attain significant gains for fuel-efficiency. Along with the physical changes to the engine, these are controlled by a Bosch MG1 ECU.

The above graphs show the Stage 2 Performance Pack gains in red over both Stage 1 and Stock power/torque curves. You can see the huge gains throughout the rev-range but more importantly the area under the curves with the biggest increases are in the rpm range where you typically use and will benefit from the gains. Best performance will be seen using a quality 98/99ron super unleaded fuel, in testing we found even with uprated cooling the cars perform better on the road than the dyno. Whilst using the 95ron performance mode will give good performance gains we expect it to be 15-20HP/35-30NM down from the 98ron mode throughout the rpm range.

Stage 2 vehicle was fitted with Revo performance pack and uprated exhaust running PM3 98ron mode.
Stage 1 vehicle had stock hardware running Stage 1 98ron mode.
