Precision Calibration for Enhanced Vehicle Safety

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are essential to modern vehicle safety. These systems rely on a network of sensors, cameras, and radars to support features like lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking. Proper calibration is critical to ensure these systems function as intended.

State of the Art Equipment

We have invested heavily in both training and equipment to provide outstanding support for modern vehicles which are now required to have these safety systems installed. Our Directors Flew to Melbourne to attend the Australian Auto Aftermarket & Collision Repair Expo! This provided valuable information along with training from the industry experts from around the world!

Specialists in Modified Vehicle Calibration

We have extensive experience calibrating ADAS systems on both factory-standard and modified vehicles. From lowered or lifted suspension to aftermarket wheels and bodywork changes, we understand how modifications impact sensor positioning and system alignment. Our team ensures your safety systems remain accurate, responsive, and compliant — no matter the setup.

What Our Calibration Process Involves

  • Full Diagnostic Scan: We begin with a complete scan to check for any existing or hidden fault codes. If there is current faults that will affect the safety systems we will make contact prior to calibration.

  • Wheel Alignment Check: Ensuring chassis and suspension geometry is within required tolerances. If this has not been done to the correct specification a new full alignment will need to be performed along with the steering angle sensor reset.

  • Sensor Calibration: Accurately calibrating the required systems for the type of repair or modification the vehicle has had.

  • Road Test Verification: All vehicles will be road tested to ensure the assist systems are functioning correctly, Some vehicle also require a lengthy "dynamic calibration" This means the system is learning the new reference points while on the road test this can take 30-90 minutes is some vehicles.

  • Full Report: Every calibration comes with a detailed report and certificate. This is required for insurers and LVV Certification.
