You will find the 1.5 TFSI DADA engine nested in most transverse vehicles within the VWAG range of cars including the MQB platform, it can even be found dragging along the likes of the Audi A3 and Q2, so its no suprise that this sprightly little engine was on our radar. The 1.5 150PS DADA belongs to the EA211 EVO family and was introduced to further reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions as well as lowering particulate emissions. With Peak Gains between +20 / +40HP and +35 / +60Nm Torque and a truly refined driving feel, we are excited about what can be achieved with our Revo Stage One software.

A large part of development is based on driving scenarios and feedback; our calibration doesn’t just offer great dyno curves and peak power/torque figures but aims to surpass expectation in driveability delivering smooth and refined response at low RPM & partial throttle, with huge gains at wide-open throttle and throughout the whole rev range.
This particular engine has a few quirks as standard, a well documented cold start hesitation being one of the major issues. Our calibration team have removed this cold start hesitation, improved performance & driving characteristics as well as maintaining good fuel consumption these engines are designed for, quite simply it's a nicer drive in all situations, fun and engaging.
More power, more torque, instant throttle response and impressive full throttle performance. Our engineers have worked tirelessly to ensure fuel consumption is kept to a minimum and cleverly used the individual driving modes to match your driving mood.
The ECO mode keeps the stock map up to nearly full throttle, so fuel consumption can be kept to a minimum. At full throttle the Revo tuning kicks in albeit with reduced torque, however should you need it pressing the pedal into kickdown will give full power and torque.
The NORMAL mode gives a full power and torque at full throttle for an engaging driving feel.
The SPORT mode map tailored to give the driver a greater feel across the entire pedal map. Expect smooth and refined response at low RPM & partial throttle, with gains at full throttle and throughout the whole rev range.

Peak gains from this 150PS engine are approx. +20 - +40 hp / +35 – +60 Nm (+26 – +44 lb-ft) depending on fuel quality/test conditions, measured on the Revo hub dyno, running completely stock hardware. Tuning is setup for 95RON fuel but allows for increased performance and drivability from fuels with higher RON.
