We have designed Stage 1 to compliment a factory standard 4.0TT engine, giving the perfect balance between performance, power delivery and reliability. With inbuilt fuel octane modes to suit 95ron, 97ron and 98/99ron quality fuel you have the ability to maximise the potential of the vehicle for your conditions and the fuel quality being used. With close to 100hp and over 100Nm peak increase at the wheels along with fantastic gains throughout the rev-range Stage1 offers a great performance improvement over a standard vehicle..

Testing facilities at their UK Headquarters and US Development Facility, as well as a track office at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground and Virginia Point Raceway, Revo are able to test their products extensively on and off track. Testing products in this way is paramount to ensuring that along with more useable power and torque comes refined drive-ability, something often overlooked.

Testing on a dyno will only ever tell part of the story. Revo believe in data-logging on the road and racetrack as well as testing in controlled dyno conditions, to give you a clearer picture of the performance you can expect. This plays an important role in the Revo development process, ensuring the highest quality products that perform where and when it matters most.

Access to vehicles is imperative to development and testing. Revo run one of the most extensive fleets in the industry, and have access to hundreds of other beta vehicles via a global Authorised Dealer Network. Revo Stage 2 for the 4.0 TFSI V8 is the result of months of development and testing, offering an incredible increase in power and torque, all while maintaining the cars overall drive-ability in day-to-day conditions. Available with switchable fuel specific modes such as 95, 98 & 102 RON when used with a SPS switch, and additional features including left foot braking and speed limit unlock.

Low Boost - Specifically built for vehicles running a Sportscat exhaust in hot climatic conditions. Vehicle will see similar power to Stage 1, will gains within midrange
High Boost - Optimal Tuning for uprated exhaust system, high quality fuel and optimum conditions. Huge power and torque gains throughout the rev range.

Setting #1 on your SPS sets your vehicle to stock*
Setting #2 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode A (Tuned for 95ron pump fuel/poor operating conditions)
Setting #3 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode B (Tuned for 97ron pump fuel/good operating conditions)
Setting #4 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode C (Tuned for 98ron pump fuel/ideal operating conditions)
